Covid-19 Updates

COVID-19 came out and literal changed individuals and couples plans, weddings and events in its tracks. Knowing that the  weddings & events industry has been particularly hit pretty hard and my heart and prayers goes out to all of the couples and individuals who have had to make drastic changes to their celebrates either a wedding, birthday or just celebrating.


As a wedding and event planner, I am usually one of the first vendors our couples reach out to for advice on what they should do in this situation. I do know that whatever decision you have to make, it would be a difficult one. Our team will do whatever it takes to make your wedding or event a success, whether that is modifying it to meet your needs or rescheduling it if you’d like to postpone. Whatever you need, we’re here for you.

 

Please understand that your safety and well-being, \and making sure we figure out the best way to make your wedding or event unforgettable is our top priorities. You have to keep in mind that, at the end of the day, we’re all in this together. We will continue to monitor any new governmental corvid guidelines and we will keep sharing any new developments as changes happen.

Green Zone

Organized public events, social gatherings and wedding, funeral and religious services, rites and ceremonies.

  • Limits for certain organized public events and social gatherings such as functions, parties, dinners, gatherings, barbeques or wedding receptions held in private residences, backyards, or parks, where physical distancing can be maintained:
    • 10 people indoors
    • 25 people outdoors
  • Limits for organized public events and gatherings in staffed businesses and facilities, where physical distancing can be maintained:
    • 50 people indoors
    • 100 people outdoors
  • Limits for religious services rites or ceremonies, including wedding services and funeral services, where physical distancing can be maintained (applies in any venue other than a private dwelling):
    • 30% capacity of the room indoors
    • 100 people outdoors

YELLOW Zone

Organized public events, social gatherings and wedding, funeral and religious services, rites and ceremonies

  • Limits for religious services rites or ceremonies, including wedding services and funeral services, where physical distancing can be maintained (applies in any venue other than a private dwelling):
    • 30% capacity of the room indoors
    • 100 people outdoors
  • There are no provisions for usage of a facility

GREY Zone- no events in doors

Organized public events, social gatherings and wedding, funeral and religious services, rites and ceremonies

  • No indoor organized public events and social gatherings, except with members of the same household
    • Individuals who live alone, including seniors, may consider having exclusive, close contact with another household to help reduce the negative impacts of social isolation
  • Limit for outdoor organized public events and social gatherings, physical distancing can be maintained:
    • 10 people outdoors
  • Limits for religious services rites or ceremonies, including wedding services and funeral services, where physical distancing can be maintained (applies in any venue other than a private dwelling):
    • 10 people indoors
    • 10 people outdoors
  • Virtual and drive-in events and religious services, rites or ceremonies permitted
